You’re welcome to join, whether or not you can contribute. Donations help sustain the program and are always appreciated, but never required. No payment is expected to participate in any of our classes, and donations are non-refundable.
What should I expect at my first Pilates class?
All of our classes are beginner-friendly and have modifications to make the movements fit your body and needs.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first Pilates class so that we can explain our studio, classes and policies.

Please also bring a water bottle to class. If you are attending a Mat class and have a yoga, Pilates or fitness mat, feel free to bring it. We have a limited number of mats for those who do not own one.
What is the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using your body weight and simple props. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine that adds resistance and support. Both are low-impact and great for all levels, however Mat Pilates requires clients to feel comfortable raising and lowering themselves from the floor.

New and returning clients are encouraged to try both Mat and Reformer classes. Some clients have a preference for one class, while others combine the two forms.
What massage service is right for me?
Commercial Street Massage and Pilates combines modalities to ensure our clients get the best massage for their goals and needs. Your Licensed Massage Therapist will adjust your massage based on your preferences.

Thai Massage is performed on the floor, without oils or lotions, with the client wearing comfortable clothes. This modality incorporates more stretching than others.

Our other massage services are performed on a massage table and often include oils. For these services, clients can undress to their comfort level and will be covered by linens.
