Pilates is a low-intensity strength and flexibility workout. Commercial Street Massage and Pilates offers Mat and Reformer Pilates classes. Both of these classes are beginner-friendly and can be modified to fit your needs. However, mat classes take place on mats on the floor, meaning participants must be comfortable raising and lowering themselves from the floor.
Our Pilates classes operate on a "pay-what-you-can" model, meaning our classes are accessible and affordable for all.
