Pilates

Find your best self with Pilates beginner-friendly classes that boost your strength and mobility.

Pilates is a low-intensity strength and flexibility workout. At Commercial Street Massage & Pilates, we offer both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes from our studio conveniently located near Nob Hill, Albuquerque.

Both class types are beginner-friendly and can be easily modified to meet your needs. Mat Pilates takes place on the floor using your own body weight and small props. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine that adds resistance and support to help you deepen your movements and build strength. We welcome new clients to try both class types, however mat class participants should be comfortable raising and lowering themselves from the floor.

Our pay-what-you-can model ensures that everyone can access quality Pilates instruction without financial barriers. Donations are always appreciated but never required.
