Pilates
In October 2022, I entered into a Pilates teacher apprenticeship at Coreworks Pilates. I have been studying and practicing and learning Pilates ever since. As part of my training I must do student teaching. I am now teaching classes at Coreworks Pilates for a lower reduced price. If you are interested in learning Pilates please contact me and we can set up a time for you to take a class or a private lesson.
Class Prices
By the month: $48.00 for months with four weeks and $60.00 for months with five weeks
By the class: $17.00
Private Lesson: $35.00
semi-private(2 people): $55.00 ($27.50 per person)
Pilates is not a series of exercises, Pilates is a concept
